He shared a depth of knowledge about bugs, taught me how to kill drian flies, shared what he identified in the garage traps (even though he did not come with sticky boxes to replace what I had). He left me informative notes about what he found and when he left since I had to leave for him to exterminate the inside of my house and garage. It was my first visit and I am please so far. It's not just that we don't have pest problems but rather the way they communicate and give a review of the work done and make themselves available for any questions or concerns. I got a chance to speak with Jeremy before he left our house and he was great and answered a couple of questions I had and asked if there were any areas of concern inside the house that he could help with which was an unexpected but appreciated, and the post report is great and details the work done.
