He shared a depth of knowledge about bugs, taught me how to kill drian flies, shared what he identified in the garage traps (even though he did not come with sticky boxes to replace what I had).  He left me informative notes about what he found and when he left since I had to leave for him to exterminate the inside of my house and garage.  It was my first visit and I am please so far.
