Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Have had Finley forever and they always do such a great job! Including when I thought we had rats in our attic…turns out a squirrel got into our vent and was relieving itself into our attic from the outside lol! Thank goodness I didn’t have to do that detective work myself 😂🙌

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve one of those people who does pretty much everything himself. A few months back we had a large increase in mosquito activity outside our home. I’ve sprayed, I’ve bought different contraptions and finally reached out to a friend of mine, Zack who owns Finley Services. He assured me his team could make a difference and for the price, I figured I would give it a shot.
David is my assigned technician and that guy is amazing! He communicated, he asks good questions, and most importantly he has made a solid impact at my home.
Anyone thinking they can do it themselves and buy the stuff off the shelf should really give Finley a try. Results are guaranteed and honestly the cost is minimal. I would recommend that you request David, but am gun shy to do so, as we do not want him pulled from my property.
5-stars for a service I don’t believe I needed!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Best service we have ever had. I started with one of those corporate pest control services, service was just ok. But since moving over to Finley, I have had 0 bug issues. Their service is very personal and tailor each visit to the season and my needs. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David is a prime example of company loyalty and does a thorough job every time. He is always happy and kind, always early, gives you plenty of notice of time and day for services, which makes it easy to get in and outside sprays done, is courteous in keeping your home clean and respects the areas you do or do not want completed. Not only does he represent the business in a positive light, he told us about the company's origin, how it's a family business, and how the chemicals used to prevent bugs, earwigs, spiders and more are safe for our family to be around. David is the face of Finley Pest Control for our family and we are so glad to have found such a professional!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Glenn was a my sub for my first visit. He was a positive and helpful communicator. He called ahead and adjusted arrival time. He shared a depth of knowledge about bugs, taught me how to kill drian flies, shared what he identified in the garage traps (even though he did not come with sticky boxes to replace what I had). He left me informative notes about what he found and when he left since I had to leave for him to exterminate the inside of my house and garage. It was my first visit and I am please so far. Hoping that there are less toxic alternatives for future regualr bi monthly services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been using their service for about a year now. I wanted to highlight how knowledgeable, respectful and professional my two technicians (Hayden and Robby) have been. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and educate me on what I'm dealing with. Very good pricing and speedy service. I've recommended them to several friends already.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had the rodent exclusion service done on my property in Newcastle. I had the same service done at another property a couple years ago by a different company. I have to say that Finley Pest Control is hands down the best company for this service. The price is fair, the technicians are professional and personable, the service is exceptional.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finley took over our pest control and it has been a great experience. It's not just that we don't have pest problems but rather the way they communicate and give a review of the work done and make themselves available for any questions or concerns. I got a chance to speak with Jeremy before he left our house and he was great and answered a couple of questions I had and asked if there were any areas of concern inside the house that he could help with which was an unexpected but appreciated, and the post report is great and details the work done. There are lots of companies to choose from, but I would highly recommend Finley for their customer centric approach.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Finley! From the moment I called, the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived exactly on time, explained the process in detail, and answered all my questions with patience.

The technician (Ben) was thorough in inspecting my home, treated all problem areas, and made sure I understood how to prevent future issues. Within just a few days, I noticed a huge improvement, and I haven’t had a single pest problem since!

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both top-notch service and great customer care, but Finley exceeded my expectations on every level. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and trustworthy pest control.

Verified As a Sacramento real estate agent who handles many fast escrows, timing is everything. When I needed a pest inspection fast for one of my buyers, Finley Pest Control delivered exactly what I needed. Other pest companies in the Roseville and Sacramento area couldn't fit me in, but Lindsay at Finley went above and beyond with exceptional customer service and responsiveness.

She understood the urgency of a real estate transaction and made room in their fully booked schedule, which saved my clients valuable time during escrow. For the level of professionalism, communication, and reliability they provided, the value was outstanding.

If you're a homeowner, buyer, seller, or fellow realtor in Sacramento or Roseville who needs a dependable pest inspection company, Finley Pest Control is the team I recommend. Their service is worth every penny and makes a real difference in fast‑moving real estate deals.
