Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. David is a prime example of company loyalty and does a thorough job every time. He is always happy and kind, always early, gives you plenty of notice of time and day for services, which makes it easy to get in and outside sprays done, is courteous in keeping your home clean and respects the areas you do or do not want completed. Not only does he represent the business in a positive light, he told us about the company's origin, how it's a family business, and how the chemicals used to prevent bugs, earwigs, spiders and more are safe for our family to be around. David is the face of Finley Pest Control for our family and we are so glad to have found such a professional!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Glenn was a my sub for my first visit. He was a positive and helpful communicator. He called ahead and adjusted arrival time. He shared a depth of knowledge about bugs, taught me how to kill drian flies, shared what he identified in the garage traps (even though he did not come with sticky boxes to replace what I had). He left me informative notes about what he found and when he left since I had to leave for him to exterminate the inside of my house and garage. It was my first visit and I am please so far. Hoping that there are less toxic alternatives for future regualr bi monthly services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finley took over our pest control and it has been a great experience. It's not just that we don't have pest problems but rather the way they communicate and give a review of the work done and make themselves available for any questions or concerns. I got a chance to speak with Jeremy before he left our house and he was great and answered a couple of questions I had and asked if there were any areas of concern inside the house that he could help with which was an unexpected but appreciated, and the post report is great and details the work done. There are lots of companies to choose from, but I would highly recommend Finley for their customer centric approach.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My technician David Dodson from Finley Pest Control was wonderful. He made sure the cobwebs were removed and gave special attention to two areas where outdoor roach and black beetles colonies existed subterranean near our two largest trees.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Finley! From the moment I called, the staff were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived exactly on time, explained the process in detail, and answered all my questions with patience.

The technician (Ben) was thorough in inspecting my home, treated all problem areas, and made sure I understood how to prevent future issues. Within just a few days, I noticed a huge improvement, and I haven’t had a single pest problem since!

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both top-notch service and great customer care, but Finley exceeded my expectations on every level. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, effective, and trustworthy pest control.

Spiders: These eight-legged insects love to live in the quiet and dark corners of your home. And in Natomas, you’ll mostly find red spider mites on your property.

Verified As a Sacramento real estate agent who handles many fast escrows, timing is everything. When I needed a pest inspection fast for one of my buyers, Finley Pest Control delivered exactly what I needed. Other pest companies in the Roseville and Sacramento area couldn't fit me in, but Lindsay at Finley went above and beyond with exceptional customer service and responsiveness.

She understood the urgency of a real estate transaction and made room in their fully booked schedule, which saved my clients valuable time during escrow. For the level of professionalism, communication, and reliability they provided, the value was outstanding.

If you're a homeowner, buyer, seller, or fellow realtor in Sacramento or Roseville who needs a dependable pest inspection company, Finley Pest Control is the team I recommend. Their service is worth every penny and makes a real difference in fast‑moving real estate deals.

Verified On June 13th we had a new service person come to our home for our bi-monthly service. Ben was right on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and he did outstanding work! He brushed away cobwebs from our eaves and windows and knocked down a wasp's nest on our porch. I really appreciated his attention to detail. When I called Finley to request Ben as our on-going service provider, they were happy to comply with my request. That's top notch customer service!
